What is the return policy?
Unwashed, unworn merchandise purchased from Vernon Threads may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of your purchase date for a refund to the original payment.
After 30 days, returns will be accepted for store credit only. We're sorry, no returns can be accepted after 60 days.
Sale merchandise is final sale.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible and we use a variety of shipping services. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8 or orders under $200 and free for order $200 or more.
In-store pickup is always free.
